I believe we lead our best lives when balanced, however finding balance takes continual effort and support along the way. My goal is to collaborate with my clients to develop a personalized plan to work towards their emotional, mental, and wellness goals. My role isn’t to force change onto my clients, but empower them to create their own change.
I hold a doctorate in audiology, specializing in tinnitus, and am also a certified yoga instructor and life coach. My unique background and training allows me to help support my clients to promote health and well-being in their lives.
